TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: July 2026

By using this website and submitting our form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. Who we are and what we do. This site is operated by Attorney Scaler LLC, doing business as Case Review Hotline. These terms apply to this website and to our other websites, including heygavel.com and heygavelnow.com. We are a marketing and referral service: we help consumers connect with independent attorneys and law firms. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and use of this site does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. The attorneys we connect you with are independent professionals responsible for their own services.

2. No guarantee of results. We do not guarantee that you qualify for compensation, that an attorney will accept your case, or any legal or financial outcome. The evaluation of your inquiry is the exclusive responsibility of the legal professionals who contact you.

3. Your information and consent. By submitting the form, you represent that the information provided is true, that you are at least 18 years old, and you authorize us to share your information with the law firms and legal service providers in our network in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You authorize contact as described in that policy.

4. Compensation. You understand that Attorney Scaler LLC may receive compensation from the law firms or legal service providers to which your inquiry is referred. The service is free to you.

5. Permitted use. You agree to use this site only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to submit false information or use the site fraudulently.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attorney Scaler LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from the services of the independent professionals to whom you are referred. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Dispute resolution and arbitration. Any dispute related to these terms or this site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Changes. We may modify these terms at any time; the version posted on this page is the current one.
